Cooperate with Port companies and other Public Administrations in the prevention and fight against pollution of the port environment and respect for the environment, while integrating environmental considerations into the management, planning and management processes of the public port domain..
Encourage studies and research related to environmental protection, energy efficiency and sustainable development, collaborating with other national and international entities, organizations or companies according to their competencies.
With the firm intention of fulfilling the responsibilities to its workers and society, to subscribe and abide by the regulations imposed by Act 31/1995 of November 8, on Occupational Risk Prevention, its subsequent amendments and the regulations, as well as all applicable legal regulations and all other requirements that are subscribed in the field of prevention of occupational risks.
